You&#8217;ll know how to write killer social media posts and how to use the platforms to get the most of out them, how to connect with customers and how to put yourself in their shoes, have fantastic people skills and know what to say to get talking.<\/p>\n<p>You need to be fun, dynamic, and clued up.<\/p>\n<p><b>What the job role will deliver:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contributing ideas, hooks, and experiences for creative campaigns <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to creation and executive of PR and\/or digital marketing campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting the project leader in delivery of campaigns and ongoing projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating, producing, and delivering a raft of written content with the target audience and SEO in mind. This includes:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Press releases (within that style and hook to make journalists and reporters run the story)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Web releases (to engage online readers\/visitors)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blogs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment pieces<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thought leadership articles<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compiling media and PR lists for each project with accuracy and keeping these up-to-date<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Researching and creating feature lists for target publications and keeping them up-to-date<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being able to pitch in stories, figure heads, and campaigns, understanding what the editor or producer needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking initiative and seeking out PR opportunities to gain reach for our clients \u2013 and ourselves \u2013 that are not part of your \u2018task list\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding SEO and keywords \u2013 how they can increase reach<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Producing monthly PR, web, and digital analytics with interpretation and recommendation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding and use of visual content (images, graphics, infographics, video, animation) with creative input and direction with target audience in mind, contributing these to your projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Producing of social content that works to the nuances of each channel, the project and intended target audience that increases reach and engagement, and running social media accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating email and direct digital marketing campaigns that deliver reach and engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development of marketing\/web automation for clients<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding how social channels and digital platforms work and are changing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conducting interviews for testimonials, interesting articles and case studies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Developing brand stories and identities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At times, selling in to press and developing those key relationships <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attending networking events (but getting other time off if it is an early or late one!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribution to our own PR, website, and social stuff, and contributing your say in what we should do next<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular attendance of PR and digital marketing sessions run by third parties to improve your expertise<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating weekly OggaDoon content piece <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating monthly OggaDoon client newsletter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating news alerts for each project you are delivering<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get immersed in clients\u2019 sector, reading round, following trends etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a keen understanding of digital skills and requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a keen understanding of PR and content marketing skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be comfortable with technical language and phrasing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be adaptable according to
