And our client, Demand Logic, are topping out on that sugar mountain, taking home three awards in July alone. They scooped the prestigious Sir Peter Parker Award and alongside the Innovative Spaces prize at the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.demandlogic.co.uk\/2018\/07\/16\/demand-logic-top-out-with-prestigious-sir-peter-parker-award-at-sustainable-city-awards-ceremony\/\">Sustainable Cities Awards<\/a> in London, where they were also shortlisted for Smart Technologies and Managing Resources. That same week, they picked up the Productivity in Buildings title at the inaugural <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.demandlogic.co.uk\/2018\/07\/11\/demand-logic-scoops-prize-for-productivity-in-buildings-at-inaugural-eg-tech-awards\/\">EG Tech Awards<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Demand Logic\u2019s \u2018fitbit for buildings\u2019 has gained international recognition, with clients ranging from JLL to BT, Deutsche Bank to Transport for London. The cleantech service offers building and facilities managers detailed performance information to help them reduce energy costs, maintenance times, and comfort complaints from tenants with fast acting returns.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Using the power of data to improve the performance of commercial buildings, to tackle emissions from these hidden factories and to improve well being, is only just beginning to be understood and accepted.
