Jay Ramirez
Account Management
Jay has a significant background in business management, consumer and luxury goods, sales, and people management, having directly and indirectly worked with brands like Tiffany & Co, Ted Baker, Harrods and the Selfridges Group.
As a former athlete, he has a can-do mentality and thrives on meeting targets and deadlines, and having also studied in the arts at the renowned Central St Martins College of Arts, his can-do attitude is enhanced with the ability to produce creative business solutions. Jay has a naturally kind demeanour and productive playfulness that make the long work days feel more manageable whilst also ensuring strong and meaningful business relationships are maintained with his clients. He also has a strong affinity for the outdoors and is passionate about sustainability.


Angelina Lyons
Project Management
Originally from Russia, Angelina moved to the UK to study for her GCSEs and A-levels at a boarding school near Peterborough. She received her MA in Economic Studies from University of Manchester followed by MSc in Management from Cass Business School in London.
During 10+ years at various marketing agencies Angelina has worked on a variety of accounts ranging from publishing (The Times and The Sunday Times), FMCG brands (Anchor butter, Fosters) and automotive (Mazda). Angelina’s experience includes digital design & build, promotions as well as project and account management. Her passion for the environment has brought her to Greentech where she heads up the Project Management department.
Andy Taylor
Corporate Governance
Andy is an experienced corporate executive with a 25+ year career in senior finance roles with companies like GE Capital, Westfield Group, and Balfour Beatty Investments. Qualified as a chartered accountant, but also with a law degree and MBA.
More recent experience in providing ‘best practice’ finance and legal consulting services to a variety of larger corporate clients and various SMEs. Invested in and partnered with Greentech since early 2017. Successful in marketing our client portfolio of innovative sustainability solutions to a variety of senior executives across a number of multinational companies, including those companies he has previously worked for.


Ian Hucklesby
Commercial Delivery
Ian is a multi-faceted member of the Greentech team which stems from a career path working in automotive and aviation R&D, finance, project management, e-commerce, digital sales and marketing leadership. As a commercial lead, Ian has extensive experience developing relationships and new business with C-Suites, and he is a key contributor during business planning and investment fund raising rounds.
His over 35-year career includes 25 years leading teams in digital marketing, martech, and ecommerce commercial delivery for businesses including BSkyB, HSBC, Thomas Cook, Next, Guardian Media Group, Dixons Retail, Legal and General, Daimler, GM, and Deloitte.
Eleanor Sturt
Content And Insights
Born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, Eleanor has a passion for preserving the environment and aiding in the rehabilitation of Earth. She holds an MA in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, which not only serves as excellent fuel for party stories, but is reflected in her application of linguistic and phonetic psychology in B2B and B2C communications.
As the youngest member of the Greentech team, she enjoys reminding the team members of current trends, best practice communication techniques and encouraging a “woke” mindfulness to all.


Nick Yeatman

Nick, is the entrepreneurial-minded results-driven Founder of Greentech. With over 30 years’ experience within high-pressure industries he has built a reputation for delivering growth, building capacity, and strategic planning with culture change efficiency. He has a passion for business development and has wide-ranging expertise in providing strategic direction and business growth year-on-year.
Nick thrives on changing mindsets takes a creative flair and a proven entrepreneurial approach to business development, supported through research and analysis of industry, markets, and competitors.
